Application scope
Steaming balls are the main production equipment for the pharmaceutical industry, papermaking enterprises, and food enterprises in the processes of liquid medicine, pulp, and food cooking.
Steaming and cooking balls are equipped with frequency and speed regulation, electric hydraulic block brakes, ensuring smooth and reliable operation, and controlled by PLC. The device has the characteristics of simple structure and easy operation. Meet the requirements of food hygiene and pharmaceutical hygiene.

Structural characteristics and working principle
Steaming balls belong to rotary and intermittent steamers, which are composed of a sphere, a base, and a transmission system.
The sphere is composed of insulation materials, insulation skin, and accessories for the inner liner: the inner liner is a thin-walled pressure vessel welded with 304 stainless steel plates, and there are manholes and sewage outlets above its vertical centerline; On the horizontal centerline, each end of the ball is connected to a hollow shaft, and the shaft neck is supported on two semi open bearings. The bearings are fixed on carbon steel welded supports, and the supports are fixed to the base with screws. One end of the hollow shaft can accommodate steam, water, and discharge. The outer pipe of the ball is sequentially equipped with a check valve, a safety valve, a pressure gauge, and a shut-off valve. The check valve is installed near the ball to prevent material from flowing back to the main steam pipe when the pressure inside the ball is high. The discharge pipe is connected to the shaft neck and extends along the ball wall inside the ball to directly below the ball, 50mm away from the ball wall. The ball is connected to the discharge valve outside the ball. The other end of the hollow shaft is equipped with a temperature probe to measure the temperature inside the cooking ball. The inner wall of the ball is equipped with a cutting plate and a filter screen.
